Refund Policy

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT POLICY

-Reservations are held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off period/date after which they are automatically released unless payment is received.
– Reservations will be confirmed only after 50% payment in advance.
– The remaining 50% amount is due on the day of arrival in Andaman.
– Any hikes in Govt. Taxes will be charged accordingly over and above the room/meal rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Activities/Cab
– 50% booking amount will be refunded for cancellations received 15 days in advance or more.
– No refund for cancellations received less than 15 days in advance.
– No refund for cancellations received within 24 hours of the activity.
– Rs.100 cancellation fee per person of the ticket.
– Full refund for cancellations received 30 days in advance.

For Hotels
– 50% refund for cancellations received 15 days in advance or more.
– No refund for cancellations received less than 15 days in advance.
– Any room booking of more than 3 rooms at one given time is non-refundable.
– Bookings confirmed at discounted rates will be considered non-refundable.
– No refunds for cancellations received on bookings from 15th Dec to 15th Jan.
– No refund or cancellation during Puja, Valentine, Xmas, and New Year.
– For Candle Light Dinner, Boat setup, or Floating Table Setup, in case of venue change due to weather conditions, the amount is non-refundable.
– No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
– The hotel is not responsible for room cancellations due to flight/ferry cancellations.

For All Other Travel Packages
– No refunds for cancellations received on bookings from 15th Dec to 15th Jan.
– Bookings confirmed at discounted rates will be considered non-refundable.
– Full refund for cancellations received 120 days in advance.
– 10% cancellation charges applicable after the booking is confirmed.
– No refund if cancellation is received less than 15 days before arrival.
– 50% refund for cancellations received 15 days in advance or more.
– For guests with an international bank account, any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer.
– We are not responsible for the cancellation of reservations due to climatic changes.
– No refund or cancellation during Puja, Valentine, Xmas, and New Year.

CONFIRMATION POLICY
– The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
– In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
– Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

REFUND POLICY
– Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made.
– It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation for an online refund to be initiated.
– In the case of NEFT, it would require at least 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation to refund your amount.
– For prepaid orders, the amount shall be credited to the account through which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
